Because of you, we went above and beyond our goal of $5,000 and raised $17,500!!!! PLUS with Raising Cane’s matching our donation up to $7,500, we donated a grand total of $25,000 to @pidfoundation!
100% of the donations will benefit @pidfoundation, a non-profit organization that strengthens families and communities through free programs like Na Pono, Ka Paalana, and Project Pilina 💚
At the check presentation, Keola made a donation to round up the total to $25,000. The amount donated coincidentally ended up being $143, and Keola took that as a sign of his mom saying I Love You ❤️
We were also able to grant the wishes of 3 people this holiday season! 🎁
✈️ Jarrett, who was nominated by his daughter Jarshe, was gifted a vacation to Las Vegas courtesy of @boydvacationshawaii for all of the hard work and sacrifices he made for his family.
⚽️ Kris, who was nominated by his friend Melissa, is a coach and director of the non-profit @neverquitdreaming neverquitdremaing, was gifted a $1,000 from our friends @soccerlockerhawaii to use for equipment and more for the special needs keiki that he coaches!
🔨And lastly, Lincoln, who was nominated by his wife, Mahealani, was gifted gift cards from @raisingcanes to a hardware and shoe place to get all his essential things needed for work!
More importantly, thank you to all of you! Keola Klaus is only possible because of all of our listeners. Without you sharing your stories and the stories of others, we would not have been able to fulfill the wishes of all these well-deserving people or been able to raise the amount for PIDF that we did. How do I redeem my Raising Cane’s Box Combo?
Option 1: STATION PICK UP
Your Raising Cane’s Box Combo gift card may be picked up at the 1027 Da Bomb studio at 1100 Alakea Street, 29th Floor, Honolulu, Monday through Friday from 12 – 4 PM beginning January 3, 2023 (excluding holidays). Must be picked up within 30-Days (February 3, 2023).
Option 2: MAILED TO YOU
1027 Da Bomb can mail your Raising Cane’s Box Combo gift card to the address provided beginning the week of January 3, 2023. To select this option, please send a message from the same email address as your donation submission to [email protected]. Pacific Media Group,1027 Da Bomb, Raising Cane’s Hawaiʻi nor Partners in Development Foundation are responsible for lost or stolen mail.
